Suzanne de la Torre designs handmade sweaters, beanies and knitwear that have been carried in many of the finest boutique shops across the United States and Canada. With a background in clothing construction and textiles, Suzanne combines her love of fine yarn with exceptional style, comfort and fit. Suzanne’s favorite part of sweater design is the finishing. Sweaters are made on knitting machines, then hand finished with such details as ruffles, crochet collars, cuffs and hems. Buttons are shell, horn, abalone, wood and glass. Each piece is handmade so small variations are expected and welcome.
